Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Makati City is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support our Finance and Management Services team. The role covers planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to guide strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will work with the Finance and Management Services Head and the Financial Planning and Tax Supervisor, delivering actionable insights from financial data and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or similar experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and modeling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data analysis.
• Experience using SAP or other financial management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and analysis.
• Support development and monitoring of annual budgets and financial plans.
• Conduct financial modeling and variance analysis to identify trends and gaps.
• Analyze financial and operational data and translate into actionable insights.
• Provide financial information and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Assist Head of Finance and Tax Supervisor in supporting the commercial team.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and targets.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and other analyses as required.
• Collaborate with departments to gather and validate data.
• Utilize SAP to retrieve, analyze, and maintain financial information.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
