Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Excel and QB/QNE, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting functions, financial planning, cost management, reporting, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and senior management.
• Support management in sound business and financial decisions.
• Coordinate with outside accounting firm and ensure compliance.
• Drive process improvement and policy development.
