dempsey resource management seeks a Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to oversee the company’s finance and accounting functions, focusing on planning, reporting, internal controls, and process improvement. You will provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and support strategic decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Excel and QB/QNE, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee finance and accounting functions, financial planning, cost management, reporting, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and senior management.
• Support management in sound business and financial decisions.
• Coordinate with outside accounting firm and ensure compliance.
• Drive process improvement and policy development.
