Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a seasoned Finance Professional to oversee payment management, reporting, and cash flow. You will handle Stripe, GHL, banks, and local systems, ensuring accurate records and timely financial insights.

The role requires 4–6 years in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Philippine compliance. Work arrangements may include remote collaboration with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Stripe and payment reconciliation.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Experience preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Working knowledge of Philippine accounting and BIR compliance.
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile transactions across Stripe, GoHighLevel, banks, Maya, and GCash.
• Monitor payments, subscriptions, refunds, payouts, and failed transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate payment records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, budgets, and projections.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability.
• Maintain financial dashboards and trackers using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Manage vendor invoices and payment schedules.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue payments.
• Coordinate collection follow-ups and failed-payment recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and disbursements.
• Perform regular bank and payment reconciliations.
• Coordinate BIR tax filings and compliance requirements.
• Prepare documents for audits and financial reviews.
• Improve financial workflows, trackers, and reporting systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Stripe, GHL, Google Sheets, and Zapier.
• Create finance SOPs and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate finance part-timers and interns.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Student Success, HR, and Leadership.
• Ensure financial tasks are completed accurately and on time.
