ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a strategic Financial Controller to lead the finance function, oversee office administration, and drive robust internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers governance, dashboards, government grants, and corporate affairs, requiring strong financial leadership and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/MIA preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Mandarin proficiency required.
• Experience in cross-functional operations is a plus.
• Familiar with Philippines tax law and grant schemes.
• Hands-on, proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely month- and year-end closing per statutory and group needs.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries for compliance.
• Maintain accounting records, processes, and internal controls.
• Develop executive dashboards for financial and operational KPIs.
• Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives.
• Oversee tax submissions, indirect tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify process improvements and ERP/system enhancements.
• Oversee office administration and corporate affairs.
