Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A) to support forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis across units. You will prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive materials, and contribute to standardization and automation of FP&A processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
4–6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A or related analytical role.
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Support forecasting, annual budget and long-range planning for assigned business areas.
Prepare planning templates, schedules, supporting analyses, and executive materials.
Coordinate financial system updates, consolidations and planning submissions.
Prepare recurring management reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations.
Consolidate results, perform variance analysis, and summarize financial performance for reviews.
Develop financial models and analyses to support business initiatives and decisions.
Collaborate with FP&A teams, Accounting and stakeholders to improve reporting and automation.
