Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee the full finance function for our Singapore entities. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls while driving process improvements and cost efficiencies.

You will coordinate with tax agents, auditors and bankers, prepare budgets and forecasts, and ensure timely statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with Professional Accreditation (CA/CPA)
• Minimum 6 years of experience with a mix of commercial accounting and audit from CPA firms
• At least 2 years in a manager role, SME environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present periodic financial statements, budgets, and reports to management
• Review related companies’ accounts, reporting, intercompany transactions and payments
• Prepare cash flow projections and manage working capital and treasury needs
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions and profitability improvements
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls
• Oversee annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Coordinate with tax agents for tax returns and compliance
• Oversee year-end audits and liaise with auditors and bankers
• Manage payroll and incentive computations and submissions
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and corporate secretarial agents
