Job summary

Shopee in the Philippines is seeking a finance professional to manage month-end cost reporting and ensure complete cost capture. You will analyze cost performance against key business metrics and drive accurate, timely insights.

You will develop, forecast, and automate reports, standardize data metrics, and deliver ad hoc analyses for management. Strong communication with regional stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; preferred.
• Experience from Finance or Banking industry is highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.
• CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL is advantageous.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform month end cost reporting and ensure costs are fully captured.
• Prepare, analyze and report cost performance against KPIs.
• Develop, forecast, and automate business reports as needed.
• Standardize data metrics and KPIs; leverage process and data knowledge.
• Provide ad hoc finance reports and analysis for internal/external use.
• Develop and implement new reports to benefit teams.
• Communicate findings to management with presentations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
