Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparation of accounting and other required reports and projections.
• Evaluate capex and asset depreciation.
• Establish and evaluate records and financial statements.
• Provide financial models and forecasts.
• Coordinate with the finance team to review financial information.
• Identify financial performance trends and risks.
• Analyze inventory and other accounts as needed.
• Assist in project studies and REIT infusions.
• Perform any other tasks as required by management.
