Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
CPA or CMA qualification preferred; MBA or master's degree an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
Excellent financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency with PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and financial modeling.
Experience using ERP systems and cloud‑based accounting software.
Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial information into business insights.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Prepare management accounts and reports for senior leadership.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Lead annual budgeting process with department heads.
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for planning.
Monitor spending against budgets and recommend actions.
Support long‑term financial planning and capital investments.
Monitor daily cash flow and working capital.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions.
Maintain robust financial controls and accurate records.
Identify opportunities to improve cash flow and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and reporting.
Maintain internal controls and governance processes.
Identify and mitigate financial risks; coordinate audits.
Oversee implementation of audit recommendations.
Evaluate financial impact of opportunities, investments, and initiatives.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities to improve profitability.
Provide financial guidance for sustainable growth.
Collaborate with HR, Sales, Operations, and Procurement.
Support payroll processes and reconciliations.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and regulators.
Lead and develop the finance team.
