Pointer Digital Security Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial health through accurate reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

You will guide senior management with insights on investments, risks, and cost-saving strategies, leveraging ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in financial management, CPA or CMA licensure, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• MBA preferred for strategic roles.
• Licensure: CPA or CMA.
• 5–10 years of financial management experience, with ≥2 years in leadership.
• Proficiency in ERP software and cloud-based accounting platforms.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel (macros, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS, taxes, and reporting requirements.
• Strong strategic planning and financial modeling skills.
• Clear communication for non-finance stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor daily cash flow and manage working capital.
• Identify financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate financial impact of new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, and accounting; manage relationships with banks and insurers.
