Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a strategic Finance Lead to oversee financial planning, governance, and internal controls across a growing network of clinics in the Philippines. The role directs tax compliance, cash flow, and reporting while enabling scalable expansion.

You will drive budgeting, variance analysis, and clinic-level EBITDA insights, mentoring billing staff and coordinating with auditors and banks to strengthen governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or multi-site finance management.
• Strong knowledge of BIR regulations and PhilHealth workflows.
• Proven budgeting, cost optimization, and unit economics experience.
• Experience developing SOPs and internal controls for scaling businesses.
• Leadership to mentor billing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-clinic accounting and monthly closures.
• Supervise PhilHealth eClaims submission and cash flow management.
• Lead BIR tax filings and statutory remittances.
• Design and enforce financial SOPs and internal controls.
• Prepare budgets, variance analyses, and EBITDA by clinic.
• CapEx budgeting and asset depreciation tracking.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulators.
