The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial controllership, regulatory reporting, and ERP systems, with a track record of process improvements in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of local taxation, statutory reporting, and accounting standards.
• Experience managing audits and liaising with regulatory authorities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar).

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships.
• Partner with leaders to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Lead remediation efforts for audit findings and control enhancements.
