Dedale Intelligence seeks an Expert Data Excellence Associate in Cebu City to own end-to-end engagement of industry experts, from sourcing to calls and building durable relationships.

You will guide conversations with structured discussion guides, capture high-value insights, and translate expert interactions into actionable intelligence aligned with project briefs, helping reactivate top specialists for future work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–2+ years in research, expert networks, sourcing, market intelligence, or client-facing environments preferred.
• Confidence and clarity conducting live calls with senior professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify relevant industry experts against project briefs across sectors, functions and geographies.
• Conduct in-depth profile reviews to assess expertise, seniority, relevance and fit.
• Build and strengthen expert pipelines, keeping records accurate in Airtable.
• Draft and refine screening questions to validate expertise and protect call quality.
• Conduct expert calls and consultations, leading the conversation with structured guides.
