Dedale Intelligence in the Philippines is seeking an Expert Research Planner to expand our global advisor network in software and technology. You will liaise with high-profile executives and scale our expert network, primarily in the US and Europe, while supporting investment insights and growth.

You’ll join a fully international team with a focus on sourcing; we offer robust training, mentorship and a track for professional development within a startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, leads generation or business development.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Outstanding organization and planning skills.
• Autonomy and professional representation of Dedale to external stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced, international environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify industry experts relevant to Dedale's investment research activities.
• Contact potential experts/advisors and initiate onboarding.
• Craft outreach templates for LinkedIn and email to engage experts.
• Coordinate with the research team to provide resources for onboarded experts.
• Facilitate meetings between experts/advisors and the research team.
• Conduct post-call debriefs to inform experts about payment procedures.
