Dedale Intelligence seeks an Expert Communications & Engagement Associate to own end-to-end engagement with industry experts. You will source, qualify, conduct expert calls, and nurture lasting relationships across Dedale's expert network.

This role builds on research, outreach, scheduling, and data enrichment to turn raw sourcing into decision-grade intelligence. You will lead conversations, document insights, and contribute to the durability of Dedale's expert network in support of projects

Qualifications

• Experience in research, interviewing, recruiting, or client-facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and structured documentation.
• Ability to manage high volume outreach with accuracy.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• English communication, including senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate industry professionals and candidates for research needs.
• Reach out to professionals, building relationships for ongoing participation.
• Conduct structured conversations and document findings in internal systems.
