Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Executive Concierge Manager to provide efficient administrative support, manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle confidential information while aligning with firm priorities.

You will lead with integrity, coach team members, and collaborate across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to deliver seamless operations and elevate client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Night-shift hours required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating executive schedules and meetings to facilitate smooth operations
• Overseeing strategic initiatives and projects, confirming alignment with organizational goals
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Supporting leadership by representing their perspectives in meetings and decision-making processes
• Organizing and facilitating leadership team calls and meetings to promote effective communication
• Conducting research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Promoting consistent execution across sectors and collaborating across lines of service
• Encouraging the use of innovative technologies and tools for enhanced sales and delivery
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and improve performance
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders when necessary
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
