Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Project Management Professional - Certified.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise programs across multiple teams, functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Experience supporting AI adoption, workforce transformation, capability-building, and innovation ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and performance management of strategic enterprise programs with alignment to business objectives.
• Establish program structures, governance, cadence, and reporting to drive accountability and outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, timelines, and risks.
• Drive delivery across AI, workforce capability, innovation, product development, and transformation programs.
• Monitor program performance via dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting; provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers through proactive governance.
