Job summary

Aon seeks an Enterprise Client Consultant in Makati to work directly with Enterprise Client Leaders, developing opportunities and ensuring top-tier client service for our enterprise clients. You will analyze client dynamics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver tailored proposals and planning outputs.

You will build relationships, manage multiple initiatives, and communicate complex financial information clearly, contributing to growth and client satisfaction in a fast-paced global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of client-focused experience in account management or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, and leadership capabilities.
• Aspirations to develop in sales and client leadership.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills to review financial statements, press releases, and industry data.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Enterprise Client Leaders on a defined client set to develop opportunities and drive net new sales.
• Conduct research and reporting on client activities using internal tools and public sources.
• Share key developments, industry news, and thought leadership with client teams in a timely manner.
• Serve as internal coordinator for client teams supporting development strategies and deliverables.
• Prepare internal and external deliverables for client meetings, proposals, annual reviews, and planning.
• Coordinate with GSMS, ECG Super Users, and PaC teams on behalf of client teams.
• Collaborate with ECG Finance, Growth Operations, and ACIA to manage client data and reporting.
• Identify root causes of client concerns and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Provide back-up support for other ECCs as needed.
