Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 10–15 years of information planning and systems design with exposure to banking operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• People and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures new systems meet functional requirements while also guaranteeing service quality (performance, scalability, extensibility).
• Reviews and improves existing systems using new technologies to drive continual improvement.
• Provides high-level guidance and direction on projects to fit the overall strategic vision.
• Provides appropriate technical solutions and communicates the proposed solution effectively.
• Ensures changes to packaged systems do not affect upgrade capabilities; supports transfer of knowledge.
