Job summary

NCS Group is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design scalable and robust software solutions addressing complex business challenges in the Philippines. You will lead architecture efforts across projects and ensure alignment with business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into technical designs, and define end-to-end solutions emphasizing scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in software development with architecture experience.
• 2+ years in web/mobile development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, Java, Python, and .NET.
• Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Familiar with integration protocols like SMPP, EMIucp, and HTTP.
• Experience working with Public APIs (e.g., Google API).
• Version control with Git and SVN.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or Zachman is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into high-level architecture and features.
• Design end-to-end architectures with scalable, secure components.
• Define integration strategies across systems and data flows.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation and governance.
• Review designs and code for adherence to architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consensus on solutions.
• Participate in training and delivery efforts with the Project Manager.
