Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Ecosystems Counsel to support Technology Strategic Partnering and Agency Resale initiatives. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex ecosystem agreements, advising on agency accounting, and coordinating across Legal and Corporate Functions to manage risks including data privacy and tax issues.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, is a licensed lawyer with at least eight years of relevant experience in corporate or law firm

Qualifications

Minimum 8 yrs relevant experience in corporate law or law firm advisory.
Experience with technology services and emerging technologies.
Broad transactional experience and understanding of intellectual property provisions.
Track record building relationships with business leaders.
Experience analyzing complex facts to provide risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating master alliance, teaming, subcontracts, agency resale, licenses, joint development and related ecosystem documents.
Advising on agency accounting and third party compensation matters including market development funds and revenue sharing.
Collaborating with Legal and Corporate Functions to address tax, compliance, data privacy, marketing risks.
Guiding go-to-market activities and third-party compensation issues with the Sales & Delivery Legal team.
Evaluating prospective acquisition targets and contributing to post-merger integration strategies in partnering matters.
