Intrepid Asia is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead ecommerce growth for one or more brands across SEA platforms. You will craft ecommerce strategies, develop annual plans, and own business outcomes, collaborating with in-house teams to maximize brand exposure and NMV.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of relevant ecommerce experience, ideally with Lazada/Shopee or a brand/distributor.
• Commercial and performance-driven mindset with the ability to contribute to growth.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship, listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and annual/monthly activation plans.
• Experience in developing digital/ecommerce campaign plans.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and suggest performance improvements.
• Project management experience and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Aufgaben

• Grow account NMV and revenue across one or multiple brands on ecommerce platforms.
• Build strong relationships with brand and platform counterparts.
• Provide expert recommendations on strategy, promotions and growth levers.
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars, with campaign proposals.
• Manage cross-functional teams to drive brand performance (Content, Store ops, Communications).
• Ensure brand/store KPIs are met and collaborate on onboarding and growth plans.
• Coordinate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting.
• Work with Category Manager to drive account retention and growth.
