Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Lead to develop demand forecasts and inventory plans based on sales trends and seasonality, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock.

You will lead the S&OP process, collaborate with Merchandising, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance, and develop the Demand & Supply Planning team to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, IE, MBA or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in merchandising, demand planning, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans based on sales trends, seasonality, and business requirements.
• Manage supply planning, replenishment, and inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to align demand and supply plans.
• Monitor inventory performance, forecast accuracy, stock availability, and other planning KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and drive continuous improvements in planning systems and processes.
• Manage and develop the Demand & Supply Planning team to achieve operational and business objectives.
