Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing operations and production planning.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting models and inventory optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and models.
• Adjust forecasts for seasonality, new launches, promotions, and market shifts.
• Monitor and refine demand planning models to improve accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain to align schedules with forecasts.
• Ensure raw material availability aligns with production needs.
• Identify risks in supply and demand and propose proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and logistics to align plans.
• Support S&OP processes to balance supply and demand.
• Track and report KPIs like forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels.
