Job summary

Konnet International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Replenishment Planner to optimize on-shelf availability across all channels by analyzing sales data and forecasts, while minimizing excess and aging stock.

A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in distribution or supply chain planning are required; knowledge of Demand and Logistics is preferred, with strong Excel/planning tools and detail-orientation to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/Math/Business/Supply Chain or related field.
1-3 years' experience in distribution, inventory, or supply chain planning.
Background in retail or FMCG is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in Demand, Supply Planning and Logistics Operations.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and recommend action plans.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in spreadsheet and planning systems/tools.

Responsibilities

Track daily inventory levels of assigned brands to balance allocation across all channels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Generate, process, and expedite purchase, transfer and internal orders with vendors and warehouses and collaborate with Finance on the payment process to vendors.
Manage excess inventory, slow moving and aging inventory and coordinate proper and timely execution of actions for inventory adjustments, scrap/disposition.
Coordinate closely with logistics and store teams to ensure timely and accurate stock transfers.
Create reports to monitor inventory assessment, proactively quantify and communicate store inventory concerns, assist in developing and gaining alignment with internal and external stakeholders, executing a recovery plan when needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives specifically relevant and executable to advancing the current results.
