Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. seeks a Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of the bank’s digital programs and projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget outcomes and alignment with strategic goals.

You will partner with Business Enabling Teams and drive governance to improve customer experience through effective project management. Responsibilities include defining scope, creating execution timelines, optimizing resources, mentoring teams, and managing risks, changes, and architecture

Qualifications

5+ years in IT industry or related field.
Scrum, PMP, and completion of relevant IT training.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
Experience with Agile methodologies beyond Scrum.
Coaching and mentoring experience for project teams.
Ability to influence and consult effectively with stakeholders.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

Lead overall delivery management for projects in the managed portfolio.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with business units and stakeholders.
Create and manage detailed execution timelines with aligned resources.
Optimize resource utilization to meet timeframes and quality standards.
Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members to foster accountability.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, critical paths, and action plans.
Establish governance, manage changes, and ensure alignment with architecture.
