Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. seeks a Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of the bank's digital programs and projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget outcomes. You will collaborate with Business Enabling Teams and provide governance to stakeholders.

You will define scope, schedules, and resourcing, coach teams, monitor risks and expenses, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and the architect’s designs. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years in IT industry or related field; Scrum, PMP, and IT trainings.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies beyond Scrum.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
• Ability to influence and consult effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong accountability and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery management of projects within the managed portfolio.
• Define and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business units and stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed timelines for project execution, ensuring resource alignment.
• Optimize resource utilization to deliver project activities within time and quality standards.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability.
• Update the project team on project status based on agreed frequency.
• Clear blockers for SMEs to enhance performance and delivery.
• Facilitate learning through post-mortem and sprint retrospectives.
• Review designs with the Solutions Architect and the delivery team.
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
• Monitor and manage project expenses to adhere to baselines.
• Identify dependencies and critical paths for projects.
• Establish governance functions for the program.
• Proactively manage changes in scope and contingency plans.
• Ensure solutions align with the Solutions Architect’s design and Enterprise Architecture.
