Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Customer Facing Supply Chain Executive in the Philippines. You will support customer-facing supply chain strategy, partnering with Sales to improve service levels and order fulfillment across channels.

You’ll manage order processing, 3PL coordination, and issue resolution with cross-functional teams. You should have a degree in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in FMCG logistics or customer service, and strong SAP SD/MM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Customer Service or Logistics in FMCG.
• Proficient in SAP SD and MM modules.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing supply chain activities including service levels and order fulfillment.
• Ensure timely order processing, 3PL coordination, and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales to implement joint improvement plans with customers.
• Monitor stock and OOS risks, and report to mitigate penalties.
• Support CIP processes with distributors and cross-functional teams.
