Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a seasoned Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end FMCG operations, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, supplier management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on cost efficiency, speed, and high service levels across markets in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG supply chain operations, including short product lifecycles and high inventory turnover.
• Proven experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management and demand planning in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored for FMCG with focus on speed, cost efficiency, and product availability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional supply chain teams across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and planning.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks to guarantee on-time delivery to retailers and distributors.
• Lead demand forecasting and S&OP to match volatile consumer demand patterns and maximize service levels.
• Drive automation and digital transformation in the supply chain and implement KPIs to track performance.
• Lead sustainability initiatives including packaging optimization and greener supply chain practices.
