Job summary

Payreto is seeking a Head of Credit Operations & Collections in Makati. You will build and scale the end‑to‑end credit assessment, underwriting alignment, and debt recovery infrastructure from the ground up, balancing risk governance with empathetic borrower engagement.

The role requires leading a high‑velocity team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering data‑driven portfolio insights for executive leadership. Onsite Monday–Friday, 9–6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 6–8 years in Credit Operations and Collections in financial services.
• 2–3 years in people management within collections/credit ops.

Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end collections infrastructure, policies and workflows.
• Oversee underwriting alignment and disbursement governance with partners.
• Lead a high‑performing collections team and scale operations.
• Define portfolio metrics, dashboards and risk reporting for execs.
• Ensure compliance with BSP regs and Data Privacy Act.
