Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day processing of financial transactions to ensure A/R is up to date and accurate.
• Receives and verifies invoices and delivery orders from warehouse/3PL.
• Posts and reconciles customer payments to general ledgers.
• Balances daily A/R batches; prepares and distributes weekly aging reports.
• Generates and mails monthly statements of accounts to customers.
• Collaborates with Financial Controller to maintain collection goals and A/R performance.
