• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 2–3 years in credit and collection with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of AR and collection processes.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily credit and collection activities and aging.
• Review credit applications and set terms.
• Monitor AR aging and overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations on credit status.
• Supervise Credit and Collection team and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audits.
• Prepare AR schedules and reports for management.
