Publicis Re:Sources in Manila is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control specialist to ensure effective processing within the SSC model. You will handle collections, credit controls, and debtor-related activities to keep cash flow on track.

Key duties include reporting per portfolio, processing brand monies, and maintaining accurate debtor records. The role requires strong attention to detail, English fluency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control environment.
• Experience in the media/advertising industry is an advantage but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collection of agency monies within AR monthly timetables.
• Management of credit processes and aged debtor controls.
• Resolve AR issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Receiving, processing, and banking of brands’ monies.
• Reporting of status per portfolio with the agency and client.
• Prepare and maintain debtor reports and exception reports.
