Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Credit and Collections Manager responsible for leading the company's credit and collections function. This role entails ensuring strong cash flow, minimizing delinquencies, and safeguarding profitability through strategic oversight of accounts receivable and driving collection efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, coupled with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Preferred backgrounds include automotive or asset-backed financing industries, with strong leadership and management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Credit and Collections, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Background in asset-backed financing industries highly preferred.
• Experience in handling delinquent accounts and implementing collection strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve credit and collection policies.
• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Manage delinquent accounts, including escalation and repossession.
• Lead and manage a team of collection agents.
• Monitor collection performance and provide insights.
