Job summary

Bestpak Packaging Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Cost Accountant to oversee the cost accounting function for our manufacturing operations in the Philippines. You will provide accurate forecasts, perform variance analyses, and guide budget alignment.

Responsibilities include executing standard cost policies, maintaining SAP costing data, managing intercompany data, and supporting month-end closes and cost-saving initiatives with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any business-related course.
• 1–2 years of experience in cost accounting or finance roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry, audit, or product finance.
• Proficient in SAP or similar financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard cost policies and processes with accuracy.
• Maintain cost data in SAP, including standard costs and intercompany data.
• Manage cost cards and reconcile price variances.
• Perform month-end close and analyze COGS and other costs.
• Prepare budgets and S&OP forecasts for COGS with accuracy.
• Support cost-saving projects and analyze cost variances.
