• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; must be a licensed CPA or CMA.
• 5–8 years of robust experience in cost accounting or financial analysis within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record in project management, specifically leading financial system migrations or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs to identify variances, drivers, and trends.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operations.
• Drive system migrations, process automation, and enhancements to cost accounting.
• Supervise cost accounting personnel with guidance and performance management.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and procurement to evaluate cost-saving opportunities for capital investments.
• Review inventory valuation, oversee counts, and reconcile assets and depreciation.
