Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines ROHQ seeks a Costing professional to manage day-to-day cost accounting for assigned clusters and categories, support cost forecast and budgeting, and provide variance analyses under the APAC PS Finance leadership.

The role requires 1–2 years in cost accounting, experience in manufacturing or consumer goods, and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel. The position offers growth in a collaborative, global company environment with regional cost initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business course with accounting focus.
• 1–2 years of experience in cost accounting or related function.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or audit/accounting firms.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard cost policy and processes.
• Perform cost runs for new SKUs and roll of standards with accuracy in SAP.
• Maintain inter-company data in SAP and resolve price discrepancies.
• Support cost cards maintenance, price variances reconciliation, and non-inventory PO settlements.
• Month-end closing and COGS reconciliation analysis.
• Annual budget and monthly S&OP cost forecasting with detail.
• Review monthly variances with finance partners.
• Provide cost-saving analysis and identify opportunities.
• Document regional procedures for cost accounting and drive improvements.
• Ensure internal controls and support audits.
