Job summary

ATC Healthcare International Corp. in Taguig City seeks a Corporate Lawyer / Attorney to provide strategic legal guidance on corporate, regulatory, and business matters, reporting directly to the CEO.

The role requires strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills, with experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory compliance. You will work independently with minimal supervision and interface with executive management.

Qualifications

Must be a Philippine Bar passer and a licensed Attorney.
Bachelor’s degree in Law / Juris Doctor (JD).
With experience in corporate law, commercial law, or regulatory compliance.
Excellent contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work directly with the CEO and management.
Proactive and capable of handling multiple legal matters independently.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance to the CEO and management on corporate and business matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, letters, and other legal documents.
Handle corporate registrations, permits, licenses, renewals, and regulatory requirements.
Manage corporate legal documents, including SEC filings, amendments, board resolutions, and related requirements.
Review business transactions and identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions.
Handle legal correspondence and coordinate with government agencies, external counsel, and other parties when necessary.
Assist in labor and employment-related legal concerns.
Handle legal matters and projects assigned directly by the CEO.
Perform other legal and corporate functions as may be assigned.
