Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila is seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications and Public Relations to shape and protect the resort's public image. You will report to the AVP of Product & Commercial Strategy and align all external and internal communications with commercial objectives.

You will lead PR campaigns, manage media relations, monitor KPIs on media reach and brand sentiment, and coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure cohesive messaging across channels and crisis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in PR/communications or related field.
5–7 years in corporate communications or media relations.
Hospitality, gaming, or resort industry experience preferred.
Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
Proven track record in brand reputation management and crisis communications.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute corporate communications and PR strategies.
Manage media relations to maximize earned media impressions.
Monitor media sentiment and adjust strategies to protect brand.
Draft and distribute press releases and internal communications.
Lead crisis management with rapid response and clear messaging.
Collaborate with HR to improve internal engagement scores.
Partner with marketing/digital teams to drive traffic and engagement.
Coordinate with Casino Ops, Hotel, F&B, Marketing, and Legal on compliant messaging.
