Job summary

PMI is seeking a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive for our Naga Sales Office in the Philippines. You will drive strategic execution, coordinate cross-functional brand plans, and manage vendors to ensure seamless activation of campaigns.

You will collect consumer insights, monitor performance KPIs, and report findings to the supervisor. A Bachelor’s degree and valid Philippine driver’s license are required; field sales exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution
• Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination
• Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting
• Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
