Job summary

PMI in the Philippines seeks a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to drive brand-aligned activation and oversee local vendors from route planning to performance tracking.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. A Philippine driver’s license is advantageous and the work location is the Guiguinto Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver’s license with good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution aligned with brand plans and CC/SFP objectives.
• Coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless activation.
• TPA Coordination and vendor management for activation execution.
• Lead consumer insights collection and regular reporting for improvements.
• Monitor performance KPIs and document learnings for Supervisors.
• Support route planning and POS nominations in collaboration with Commercial Operations.
