Job summary

iQor Compliance team is seeking a hands-on Compliance Implementation Associate to support day-to-day governance, audits, and policy maintenance. You will collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure evidence, records, and controls align with ISO, PCI, HIPAA/HITRUST, and SOC 2 requirements.

The role emphasizes documentation, risk awareness, and continuous improvement of the organization’s compliance posture, reporting to the Senior Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of compliance, audit, risk management, information security, or quality management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, well-organized records and evidence.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow up professionally with stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to recognize and elevate potential compliance risks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with limited supervision after receiving guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external compliance audits covering ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2 Type II, and internal requirements.
• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain audit evidence with control owners and departments.
• Perform scheduled compliance checks using approved procedures, checklists, and control requirements.
• Document observations, audit findings, and potential control gaps and escalate to the Senior Team Lead.
• Track corrective actions and follow up with owners for timely closure.
• Maintain complete, accurate records of compliance activities and supporting evidence.
• Apply document control requirements including naming conventions, version control, retention, and access restrictions.
• Prepare status reports, trackers, and materials for audits and management reviews.
• Protect confidential information per company policies and requirements.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and acknowledgements with owners; monitor communications.
