Job summary

KonnectCX is seeking a Compliance Officer to own and evolve ISO 27001 ISMS, PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR programs for client data. You will lead audits, coordinate evidence collection, and drive corrective actions to maintain certification readiness.

The role emphasizes policy development, regulatory reporting, and a pragmatic approach to translating complex requirements into controls, with remote collaboration and timely responses to customer questionnaires.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GRC, IT audit, or information security compliance.
• Experience with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or SOC 2 programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Business, Law, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the organization's compliance framework.
• Manage ISO 27001 ISMS in line with ISO 27001.
• Own PCI DSS compliance activities for in-scope environments.
• Manage SOC 2 compliance, including trust service criteria mapping and evidence readiness.
• Maintain HIPAA and GDPR compliance for applicable client data.
