Job summary

Corning Inc. in Mexico is seeking a COE Analyst to support compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and help drive cost-effective HR service delivery.

You will collaborate with BUHR, manage vendor relationships, and promote Corning values while handling multiple client groups and confidential information. The role requires 5–8 years of HR experience, a strong background in COE programs, and excellent English language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or Labor Relations or equivalent qualification/experience.
• At least 5–8 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist combined).
• Master’s degree in related area and/or HR certifications.
• Successful track record in COE Analyst role and in partnering with external providers/vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Implements change management strategies for COE programs and policies.
• Ensures compliance with current legal and regulatory policies while supporting Corning values.
• Identifies COE legislative issues and recommends action.
• Monitors COE programs for cost, quality, delivery, and business impact.
• Develops experts through research and professional group participation.
• Standardizes COE programs to reduce administration costs.
• Collaborates with BUHR partners to integrate COE programs and systems.
