Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in public relations and corporate communications.
• Proven ability to write for digital and traditional channels.
• Experience in agile delivery is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of external communications and media engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop client communications across channels to inform, engage and connect with the Sun Life brand.
• Collaborate with business units to gather insights, align messaging, and ensure timely, client-centric materials.
• Support issues and crisis communications with clear, accurate materials to address concerns and maintain trust.
• Write and distribute press materials and campaign narratives to raise awareness of Sun Life's offerings and initiatives.
• Coordinate content approvals and influencer commitments across owned, earned, and paid channels.
