Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a detail‑oriented Campaign & Program Execution specialist to support the Distribution team in driving advisor engagement and sales performance. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor campaigns, events and communications, partnering with Agency Distribution, field teams, Marketing, Analytics and Compliance to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You will manage end‑to‑end execution, track performance, develop advisor materials, and produce regular reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, sales, marketing, agency engagement, or event management.
• Experience in campaign or program execution and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Canva or similar design tools.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Program Execution: end-to-end advisor campaigns and engagement programs.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, communications, and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and deploy advisor materials such as emails, art cards, presentations, FAQs, and program guides.
• Track campaign participation and deliverables, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
• Data & Performance Monitoring: monitor data and track performance against targets.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards highlighting progress and gaps.
• Coordinate logistics and execution of sales events and advisor sessions.
• Ensure a seamless advisor experience before, during, and after each activity.
