Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a results-focused Campaign & Programs Coordinator to support advisor engagement and sales performance. You will execute campaigns end-to-end, coordinate with Agency Distribution, field teams, Marketing, Analytics and Compliance, and help ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You bring a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in marketing, events, or financial services, plus strong Excel, PowerPoint and Canva skills.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, sales, marketing, agency engagement, or event management.
• Experience in campaign or program execution and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance trackers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Program Execution: execute end-to-end advisor campaigns and engagement programs, including initiatives, recognition programs, and sales-driving campaigns.
• Data & Performance Monitoring: track campaign participation and production data, produce reports and dashboards.
• Events & Advisor Engagement: coordinate logistics of sales events, advisor sessions, recognition activities, and campaign-related events.
• Stakeholder & Communications Management: coordinate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and compliant communications.

Support the Distribution team in driving advisor engagement and sales performance through the effective execution of campaigns, programs, advisor communications, and sales events. The role manages day-to-day program execution, from planning and coordination to performance monitoring and post-campaign reporting - while working closely with Agency Distribution, field teams, Marketing, Analytics, Compliance, and other stakeholders.

1. Campaign & Program Execution Execute end-to-end advisor campaigns and engagement programs, including initiatives, recognition programs, and sales-driving campaigns. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, communications, and stakeholder requirements. Develop and deploy advisor materials such as emails, art cards, presentations, FAQs, and program guides. Track campaign participation and deliverables, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
2. Data & Performance Monitoring Monitor campaign, advisor participation, and production data to track performance against targets. Maintain accurate campaign trackers and databases. Prepare regular reports and dashboards highlighting progress, key metrics, gaps, and opportunities. Work with Analytics and Agency Distribution teams to validate data and provide actionable insights.
3. Events & Advisor Engagement Coordinate logistics and execution of sales events, advisor sessions, recognition activities, and campaign-related events. Manage registrations, communications, materials suppliers, and other operational requirements. Ensure a seamless advisor experience before, during, and after each activity. Support post-event evaluation and documentation of results and learnings.
4. Stakeholder & Communications Management Coordinate with Agency Distribution, field teams, Marketing, Compliance, Analytics, and other support functions to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Communicate campaign requirements, updates, timelines, and results clearly to stakeholders. Ensure all communications and materials adhere to Sun Life brand and regulatory requirements.
