Job summary

Gallagher is a global leader in insurance broking, risk management and consulting, seeking a Manager, Client Servicing to lead strategic client relationships and account management.

You will oversee client servicing operations, drive efficiency, develop teams, support retention and growth, and deliver risk advisory services across multinational accounts. A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 5+ years in insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline is required/strongly preferred.
• Industry certifications in Insurance or Risk Management are highly regarded.
• 5+ years’ experience in insurance broking, client servicing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior relationship owner for key and strategic clients, delivering high-quality, proactive service.
• Lead account management, renewals, client reviews, and escalation handling with tailored insurance and risk solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end client servicing operations, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop client servicing teams to build capability and client-first culture.
• Provide strategic risk advisory and translate complex insurance concepts into clear insights.
• Support client retention, account growth, and onboarding in collaboration with sales and business leaders.
