Job summary

TTC GROUP OF COMPANIES in the Philippines seeks a Special Projects Engineer Manager to plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor engineering and capital projects. The role requires close collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Asset Management, Finance, Purchasing, and contractors to ensure timely, within-budget delivery per approved specs and safety/quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Civil Engineer with 6-7 years of project management experience, strong planning/cost

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer with valid certification.
6-7 years of relevant engineering/project management experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor engineering and capital projects.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Asset Management, Finance, Purchasing, contractors and suppliers.
Ensure projects are on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct site visits and travel between locations.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders across departments.
Resolve project issues and provide cost-effective recommendations.
Provide Management with practical engineering and cost guidance.
