Job summary

• Experience coordinating with materials and production planning during NPI.
• Communicating demand forecasts and deviations to customers.
• Experience confirming shipment plans with customers.
• Experience managing inventory exposure and consignment stock.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and analyzing customer requirements (EDI, PO) using waterfall analysis.
• Managing customer demands during the NPI and coordinating with materials and production planning teams.
• Communicating demand forecasts and deviation analyses to customers.
• Confirming shipment plans with customers.
• Addressing customer requirements and providing support for invoice clarifications.
• Proposing action plans for delivery delays.
• Analyzing inventory exposure due to sudden demand drops or end-of-life scenarios.
• Managing consignment stock levels and overseeing stock replenishment.
